The Windows installer features new GLib/GTK+, Net-SNMP and ADNS libraries which fix several known bugs. Unfortunately, a few known GLib/GTK+ bugs remain.

In order to avoid a naming conflict with the tcpreplay project, the "capinfo" utility has been renamed to "capinfos".
