"Ethereal Packet Sniffing" from Syngress Publishing - Tuesday, March 2, 2004

Ethereal Packet Sniffing includes a CD-ROM with Ethereal source code and binary packages, sample packet captures that go along with the text of the book, and HTML files that provide information on all the display filter fields that Ethereal knows about.
