[Ethereal-users] "Decode As"... menu choice always disabled???

Hi all,

 

I am using Version 0.99.0 and simply cannot get the "Decode As..." feature to come up as available.

 

It is always grayed out and unusable???!!

 

Is anybody having this problem, or may know why I am having this problem??
