Take a look at the man page for tethereal (should be in c:\Program Files\Ethereal on a windows install)
You can probably do something like running tethereal to capture x amount of data to a local folder and then copy the resulting capture to a network share.
You probably dont want to capture directly to a network share since then your capture will also contain all the traffic to write the capture you are taking.

I'm having problems with our network and would like to monitor packets to see what's happening.
As the problem network section is a remote site, is it possible to setup a batch job to collect packets from a users PC that will save the capture files to a share folder so that I can analyse later.
