Can you see traffic on all the interfaces with snoop?

If no, you probably won't be able to do it with Ethereal, or any other 
libpcap-based application, either.  Ethereal is completely dependent on 
libpcap for packet capture, and libpcap is completely dependent on what 
the OS lets you do.
