[Ethereal-users] SSLv3 Record Layer Alert

Can anyone explain this packet:

 

SSLv3 Record Layer: Alert (Level: Fatal, Description Illegal Parameter)

Content Type: Alert (21)

Version: SSL 3.0 (0x0300)

Length:2

Alert Message

Level: Fatal (2)

Description:  Illegal Parameter (47)

 

This packet is sent by the web server and then followed by a RST packet.  The user gets disconnected from the associated database and must login again.   User gets error "A Networ Error has occurred..... "

 

Any help would be appreciated.
