[Ethereal-users] Ethereal 0.10.14 (win) Problems

New to the list, but not to Ethereal so be gentle if this question has
been asked before...

I just DL and installed the latest 0.10.14 and now when ever I attempt
to start ethereal I get a bunch of error messages saying that it cannot
find some files (colorfilters, disabled_protos, dfilters, cfilters,
preferences, and hosts).  For some reason it is looking for these files
in my user directory (C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application
Data\Ethereal).  Is there any way to fix this problem?
