That's news to me. I have not seen any sign of a dissector for those
protocols in the Ethereal source, even in the 0.10.6 source; I searched
(case-insensitive search) for "gsse", "goose", "61850" or "sub.*station"
("sub" followed by "station", on the same line, with anything in between
them), and nothing was found for those protocols.
Could you please tell us what source file or files supported those
dissectors?
