Do you mean Common Industrial Protocol (part of EtherNet/IP, 
www.odva.org)? If so, there's a rather good analyzer called Ethereal. Try 
display filter "enip" (without quotes).

I'm sure the vendors in the ODVA catalog will be happy to sell you any 
amount of hardware that can generate EtherNet/IP traffic. You could also 
try the sample code in the developer's toolkit (www.odva.org, click on 
EtherNet/IP in the LH menu, then Developer's Toolkit).
