Ethereal is unaware that one can send PPP LCP atop UDP.  (So was I.)

Is there a standard port number for LCP-over-UDP?  (And is this 
LCP-over-UDP, with the payload not including a PPP header, or is it 
PPP-over-UDP, with a PPP header?)
