you should create a file made of lines each describing which
encapsulation to use for each "stack" file used by the files you open.

#example 
# comments are lines that start with a '#'
# sorry no spaces in filenames are allowed yet

beware that there had been found few issues since the 0.10.12 release
that have been solved with the svn revision 15513 that can be found
from http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/buildbot-builds/
