[Ethereal-users] any software that can be used to rewrite the content of a pcap file?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a software that can be used to rewrite the content of a 
pcap file, for example, changing all the destination ip address from 
x.x.x.x to y.y.y.y, rewriting all source port from xx to yy. I have 
googled a while but got no result, also a tool named tcprewrite had been 
tried but it does not do the job quite well, so I turn to this 
discussion group,

I don't know if there is a speical 'plugin' of ethereal that can do 
this, or any another software recommended?

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!
