[Ethereal-users] Question on how to decode RANAP raw code

I am trying to decode RANAP(3G protocol) raw code saved in ASCII text file.
I do text2pcap on that ranap file and changes to some format and then when
I try to open it, I get nothing on the ethereal(0.10)

RANAP raw code was captured on another system.

ANY ideas, your help will be appreciated
