I.e., if you capture on a subinterface in promiscuous mode, you don't 
see outgoing traffic (even traffic being sent *on* that subinterface), 
but if you capture on a subinterface in non-promiscuous mode, or on the 
physical interface in any mode, you see outgoing packets?
