Hi,

Go to "View->Name Resolution->Enable for Network Layer", and then
reload the capture. However, this will only change what you see if 
Ethereal is able to find a name for the IP address. Since yours are 
private, it is very likely that you see no change. So, to answer 
your question: what you see between the parentheses is the IP address; what
you see before that is

 - a name if name resolution is active and Ethereal can find out 
   which name corresponds to the address
 - the IP address otherwise
