If you have chosen to save a capture file at the start of
the capture you can just open another instance of ethereal and work on the
capture file while it is still capturing. do your filtering/marking and than
just save the approriate packets.
If you are just capturing without an explicit capture file,
ethereal capture to a file in C:\Documents and Settings\<your
username>Local Settings\Temp\etherxxxxsomething. You can copy this/or open it
as well
