Sure,
  This is traffic between a cisco bts10200 and a cisco ITP.  The ITP 
appears to have a bug that is causing the link to fail.  The capture 
decodes ok and I can look at everything just when I try to use sctp 
specific functions it fails.  Please let me know if you need more info.
