Yes.  See various mail threads, including the recent "Packet Timestamp" 
thread.  Network Associates^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^HGeneral have never 
documented the format of the Windows Sniffer files, so figuring it out 
is an ongoing process of reverse engineering; apparently, that process 
still isn't complete.
