I had this same problem with Ethereal 0.10.9 and the only way I could
correct
it was to disable the link in my /bin directory.... by temporarily changing
the name to something other than link.

Is there any other way. The path fixes either way did not work. ie either by
Path=$Path;C:\Cygwin or by Path=C:\Cygwin\;$Path....
