No luck. I tried
installing the GTK1 option twice, and I get the same result: "Error
decompressing data! Corrupted installer?" after it gets a good way into the
install. I can't even get Windows to do a successful uninstall at this
point.

have tried 3 times to install Ethereal 0.10.9 on my test machine, which is
running Windows NT 4. I'm looking at getting an updated test system, but
wondered if Ethereal is known to have problems on NT 4.
Try to install the GTK1 version of Ethereal, which is not selected by
default in the installer. I've heard people having problems with GTK2 on
NT4.
