is a good place to start.  In particular there are questions under the
"using" section that seem to deal with various problems around why you
can't see traffic (hint, they're not all grouped right together).  A
couple of quick suggestions:

1)  Make sure you are *selecting* the correct adapter in the capture
setup dialogue
2)  Try turning promiscuous mode OFF - this can work for seeing your own
traffic sometimes
