[Ethereal-users] XP Service Pack 2

I am running XP with Service Pack 2.  I am getting hard errors when I bring
up ethereal and select capture.  What happens next is a blue screen from
windows.  Is there a solution to this situation.  I have tried 10.7 and 10.8
