[Ethereal-users] Problem in W98 SE

I receive the following error when I try to start ethereal.com after installation. I have installed WinPcap 3 1 beta 3.

 

I am also running zone alarm and AVG antivirus. I have disabled both with no avail in running program.

 

Please advise.
