[Ethereal-users] Slow When trying to OPEN

After upgrading to 0.10.6, if I click to Open a capture file or Save a 
capture file, it takes almost 5 seconds to open the Browse dialog.  Did 
not have this issue with 0.10.4.  Any ideas?
