[Ethereal-users] WinPcap Error Message in Ethereal

Ok I did the bad thing ..... Upgraded my Dell notebook to Win XP Pro SP2 
..... then downgraded back to the version I had before the upgrade. Now I 
get an error message whenever I try to start a capture in Ethereal :

Can't get list of interfaces: PacketGetAdapterNames: The operation 
completed successfully.
This might be a problem with WinPcap 3.0; you should try updating to
a later version of WinPcap - see the WinPcap site at winpcap.polito.it

Does any one out there have any idea on how to fix this? I get this error 
message no matter what version of XP Pro I am using now.
