Title: Extract Data Only from Capture File

I've successfully captured TCP data into a file on a Windows 2000 machine.  I'm only interested in saving the data part of the packets to a single binary file.  Is there a filter or something I can use so only the data part of the TCP packets is saved into a binary file?
