Jerry,

Is it possible to just capture top talkers, and not capture any data?  The
re-procussions of setting captured bytes down below 68 bytes?  Would that
chop the necessary information off?

When capturing, there's an option to limit each capture to 68 bytes.
Turn that on, and you'll only get the info that you need, without the
payloads.
