You can capture from a dial-up line with WinPCAP 3.1. Although 3.1 is still
beta, it seems to be reasonably stable. You can get WinPCAP 3.1 (beta 2)
from http://winpcap.polito.it/ (first uninstall your previous version of
WinPCAP before installing the new version).
