What are those files?  If they were installed by WinPcap_3_0.exe, it 
should not be at all surprising that none of them open the Ethereal 
application, because WinPcap_3_0.exe doesn't install Ethereal, it 
installs a driver and two libraries that Ethereal uses to capture 
packets.

To install Ethereal, you run the Ethereal installer from

	http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/

The current version is called "ethereal-setup-0.10.0.exe".
