Ethereal does not decode the SIP Messages in your capture file, because 
they contain a version number which is not compliant with RFC3261.
This is a bug in the application you use.

To be compliant with RFC3261, SIP Messages must contain a SIP-Version of 
"SIP/2.0", not "SIP/3.C".
