[Ethereal-users] Nokia OTA Provisioning wbxml via SMPP

Is there a decoder for Ethereal that will decode a binary encoded XML
document which is a Nokia OTA (Over the Air) Provisioning document
transported via the SMPP (SMS) protocol, i.e. a decoder that can take the
data from an SMPP packet, treat it as a Nokia wbxml document and decode it?
The complication is that the complete wbxml document is probably split over
2-3 SMPP SMS packets.

The packet data is captured using Solaris snoop, and on the (SMPP) link
between the application and the SMSC.

The Nokia OTA Provisioning specification versions include 5.5, 6.0, 6.6 &
7.0.
