Ethereal-users: September 2003

Hi,
when I am trying to utilize a capture filter to filter
by IP Address, I am receiving a Parse Error. Can
someone help me out with this?
I am using the syntax:
ip.adr == 192.168.0.101

When I click "OK," it tells me "Unable to parse filter
string (Parse Error)"

I am using version 0.9.14
Compiled with GTK+1.3.0, with GLib 2.2.1, with WinPcap
(version unknown)
with libz 1.1.4, with Net-SNMP 5.0.6, with ADNS
Running with WinPCap on Windows 2000 Service Pack 3,
Build 2195

The version of WinPcap I am using is 2.0, though I
don't know why Ethereal doesn't recognize this. Is it
possible that some error occurred during installation
and WinPcap is causing this parse error, or is it
something else?
Any help anyone can offer would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks much,
Greg Gardner
