I've checked in changes to let you create, manipulate entries in, and 
look up dissectors in dissector tables using a string as a key.  The 
way you create them is to specify FT_STRING or FT_STRINGZ as the type 
in a "register_dissector_table()" call.

Nothing currently uses that facility, and it hasn't yet been tested.  
(I don't expect that any problems found would require an API change, 
however.)
