[Ethereal-users] No Network Interfaces

I have recently begun to use Ethereal and really enjoy this tool. However today I tried to use it and there are no valid interfaces available only a colon in the interfaces drop down. I have removed Ethereal and reinstalled with the same results. Has anyone else experienced this problem and solved it?

 

I'm using a laptop with Win-XP Pro installed.
