[Ethereal-users] selecting RTCP packets with tethereal

Hi, I know is possible to decode the Hex payload of a UDP packet as you prefer with the Ethereal GUI.
I've tryed to do the same thing with the text version but without results. Can anyone tell me what is the exact sintax to filter packets and force a type decoding as possible with tcpdump?
