Tested against CVS from 30 minutes ago with tethereal: no crash.
But it also shows that some things seem to get decoded incorrectly
(for some types, the length seems to be 1 byte instead of 2).

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
