Yes.

"packet-fr.c", in the Ethereal source.

It is used for:

	libpcap Frame Relay captures (from BSD/OS and possibly other
	BSD's);

	DOS Sniffer Frame Relay captures;

	Visual Networks Frame relay captures;

	Frame Relay encapsulating in GRE;

	CoSine Communication Frame Relay traces.

Is there something else for which you'd like it used (e.g., Linux Frame
Relay captures, Windows Sniffer captures, etc.), or is there a case
where Frame Relay traffic isn't being recognized as such in one of the
cases listed above?
