It does *if* you have interfaces that are reported by WinPcap.

Download WinDump:

	http://windump.polito.it/

and try running "windump -D".

If it reports no interfaces, follow the instructions at

	http://winpcap.polito.it/contact.htm

for reporting that problem to the WinPcap developers.
