"MGAPDX64.DRV" is, apparently, the file name of a driver for a Matrox
video card.

A Google search for

	MGAPDX64.DRV "general protection fault"

found a number of pages, so there may be one or more driver bugs; one of
those pages linked to the page at

	http://support.microsoft.com?scid=kb;en-us;q166125/

which suggests that you upgrade the driver.
