Unfortunately, I have no software to read Word documents on the OS with
which I read my mail.

Windows NT 5.0^H^H^H^H^H^H2000 and Windows NT 5.1^H^H^H^H^H^HXP are
different versions of NT, so there may be problems that show up on XP
that don't show up on 2K, or vice versa.
