I don't think it's possible. It's possible to count bandwidth used by a
particular
client (e.g., apply a display filter based on that client addr. and then get
the 
protocol hierarchy stats). However, a client may be absolutely silent during

a capture. Ethernet-wise, noone advertises his connection speed.
But you can probably look at your switch docs and see if you can query
it for a particular port's connection parameters.
