I've just tried to reproduce your problem but couldn't. Did you enter
the website via http://www.ethereal.com/ ? Were you asked for a password
when you tried to access our entry page or when you tried to download?
Is is possible that you are using a proxy that is requesting the password
instead of the ethereal site?

I found out that "pro" means "instead of" (as in proconsul). Now I know
what proactive means.
