[Ethereal-users] Problem with ethereal!

hello
i have been using the ethereal on ethernet in university on linux system. 
Now i have downloaded it for windows and also installed in winpcap, but it 
does not show any packets when using with dial-up connection. Does it only 
works for ethernet or there may be some other problem.
