[Ethereal-users] Followup to Windows UI problem w/ submenus

OK, I resolved the TCP trace submenu problem (needed to highlight
a tcp packet -- duh).  However, still having the same issue with
Display->Match and Display->Prepare.  I noticed I'm not alone.

The workaround for these, of course, is to right-click in the capture
list, so it's certainly not an insurmountable problem (reclassified
as a PITA for now).
