Hi folks,
On the FreeBSD (4.6) machine I'm currently using Ethereal-0.9.4. Since the nameserver (BIND-9.2.1) is running on this machine I observed that Ethereal works much slower. When I start capturing the packets, the lines in the main window occur too slow and if I want to clik some of them I have to wait some time till it react. If I shut-down the nemaserver, the Ethereal works well again. I suppose the machine is fast enough - Pentium III 1 GHz, RAM 256 MB.
It would be fine if I can have running both on one machine without disturbing each other.
Does anybody have any idea how to do it.
