This Bi-Pro box is a dual CPU box? The WinPcap library only supports
single CPU configurations. That is why it does not show you the
interfaces.

The answer is yes and no. I sometimes run Ethereal on a dual Athlon,
but I had to boot with only one CPU enabled. See my earlier message
