You mean a "Binary Package"?

Binary packages for various OSes are available, although not always for
the latest release.  For Windows:

	http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/

there's a binary package, *BUT* it's not one-stop shopping; you also
have to download and install WinPcap - see the links from that page, and
note that if you're running Windows XP (or, presumably, other flavors of
Windows NT 5.1, e.g. betas of Windows .NET Server) you need to install
the 2.3 beta version of WinPcap.

So, no, we have no one-click version.  We have a multiple-click version,
as you need to install WinPcap separately if you plan to capture
packets.
