[Ethereal-users] Ethereal - Win32 version

I am attempting to install Ethereal on a Windows NT (service pack 6 ) machine.
If I download and install
ethereal-setup-0.8.19.exe, the installation seems to run ok i.e. no
errors,  makes shortcuts etc. However when I attempt to run the program
I get an error message indicating that it can't fine ethereal.exe and indeed
the executable file is not found in the program directory (c:\program files\ethereal).
Am I missing something obvious here? According to the distribution notes, 
GTK+ and DLLS are supposed to be included with the Win32 Binary distribution.
