[Ethereal-users] Missing WS2_32 DLL file

I'm a new beginner on using Ethereal, and I found difficulties on running 
the program under Windows 95.
Two days ago I downloaded from your web page:
- ethereal-setup-0.8.19, and
- WinPcap (version 2.2)
After I installed WinPcap and followed by ethereal-setup-0.8.19 successfuly, 
I then try to run the Ethereal program but a message shown up telling that: 
WS2_32.DLL not found.
Could you please send me the missing DLL file, and inform me with other 
issues that might probably still occur even after I've got the missing file.
And where should I put the missing file at? (At C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM ?)

Please help me find the missing file, and bring me some answers for few 
questions above.
