[Ethereal-users] ARP packets

I am using Ethereal 0.8.18 on a Win98SE system.  Everything works fine 
except that the ARP response packages are never captured.  I get the ARP 
request from my and other's PCs, but no ARP responses at all, that is to my 
PC or to other users PCs.

Is this a bug or ARP responses are not captured?  I read the man page but 
could not find reference to this situation.  The FAQ and the Knowledge base 
did not containt any info either, to the best of my reading.
